Dowagiac Union Schools will enter into a pilot program with Lewis Cass Intermediate School District starting in 2010-11.  LCISD is currently responsible for zero to 5-year education.  They will be the agent and the overseer of the GSRP grant and it will be their responsibility to make sure there is a 4-year old program in each of the communities. Classrooms will be housed in buildings in each district.
