The purpose of the Dowagiac Athletic Booster Club is to help support sports in Dowagiac. The chief function is the sponsoring of an annual All Sports Banquet for Dowagiac High School Athletes. Anyone wishing to join the Booster Club is welcome to do so. Yearly dues of $1.00 required. Meetings are usually held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month in the Athletic Building on the corner of W. Prairie Ronde and N. Paul Street (Pathfinders Alternative Ed building by the airport). However, meeting dates are set based upon the number of activities scheduled. Officers for the 2006-07 school year were: President Tom Carlson, Vice President Beth Cripe, Secretary Laurie Ferrier and Treasurer Jodi Badder. Information about the Club can be received by contacting one of these people or the Athletic Office.
