Hello Pat Ham,
Visitor procedures will be a bit different this year. Below is an outline of the expectations and procedures for visitors.
Visitors will NOT be permitted in the building while the state of Michigan is in phase 4. This is for the safety of staff and students while in the building. We will allow scheduled meetings with teachers for educational purpose, however they must be scheduled ahead of time.
Due to restrictions on visitors, we will be unable to have treats or items (this includes birthday treats) dropped off to students unless it is medically necessary. If a student who normally brings lunch forgets one, we will provide a hot school lunch.
If you need to pick your student up early, please call the office. Mrs. Brooks will call your student down five minutes before your expected arrival time. Once you arrive please call and we will walk your student out. It is important to keep early pick-ups to a minimum and to give the office as much notice as possible.
If there is an instance in which you enter the building, you will be asked to fill out a covid-19 self-assessment form. This will include taking your temperature, asking if you have had a fever, or been around a covid-19 positive or quarantined individual.
